Fuel Tank Questions

I need some expertise on fuel tanks for a 1969 Chevelle with a Big Block. I currently have one fuel line run on the car and am in the middle of a complete restore. My question is what is the best fuel tank, sending unit, vent set up?

Do I go with the 1969 set up with 2 vents, non vented cap, and dual line sending unit?

Or is the 1970 set up better with no vents, vented cap, and one line sending unit?

What is the best option for simplicity? I am just looking for something that works well and isn't difficult to install. I obviously don't want to run an extra return line if it isn't necessary.
