Oil Filter Bypass Plug and Filter Adapter...

I'm working on a GM BBC Bowtie Pro Stock block. I prefer not to run an oil filter bypass. I always use good filters with high pressure ratings. I would like to know where I can get a plug and oil filter adapter for this block? This block does not accept a standard BBC oil filter adapter. The area where the filter attaches is flat (not recessed).

Thanks.

Re: Oil Filter Bypass Plug and Filter Adapter...

Can't help on plugging by-pass as we don't send anything out of here with that plugged. However the part you need for the filter mount is available from G.M. That's a part #03853870 and they call it a "fitting. Thanks Gary in N.Y.
P.S. If you decide to use the bypass valve that's a part #25013759.
