Front fender mount

I just got my hands on a pair of front fenders for my '70. They're in good shape other than the shelf on the front inside of the fender that mounts to the inner fender. Those appear to be a separate piece, and they are rusted out and hanging off. Does anyone know if these can be replaced? If yes, do you have a part number? Not sure if I'm looking in the wrong places, or if they don't exist. Any recommendations are very much appreciated.

Pic is related - driver's side front fender (front inside). Just below center of the pic is the part I'm referring to.

Re: Front fender mount

even if they do i'd say make your own. you have a nice template right there. besides I wouldn't want to mess up the outside if that's not rusted
