High tech advice from 1927

Remember that when dialing the phone do not try to dial the dash in the phone number. At last I finally got that info. Do you think that they could have dragged this out any more than they did?

Think about all those jobs people used to have just for something that is so simple now and how those jobs will never return. Now we don't even want to make a phone call, we want to broadcast a message to people.

So my sister calls this morning from Belize, from her computer....computer to phone free conversations...who knew?

Don't answer that!

Do long distance carriers even exist anymore?

Does anyone under the age of 35 know what a long distance phone call is, or that you had to use a long distance carrier, and pay extra for long distance calls?

And folks would only make long distance calls late on Sunday night to take advantage of lower rates!
