Re: Airbagged Trailers?

$12,000 seems like a hefty price for the uses. Isn't that about 9 grand more than a tilt bed trailer?

Re: Airbagged Trailers?

I saw trailers at Bonneville Salt Flats like this to transport & pick up streamliner race cars that sit very low to ground.

Re: Airbagged Trailers?

have seen something similar, not bagged, but they used a winch to raise and lower the bed..... it was an outside section that had rollers and such.... was used for smaller equipment though (Toro Dingo)

something like this http://www.lift-a-load.com/lofeatures.html

Some people say I have too much stuff for my garage, I say I have too little garage for my stuff
If some is good, more is better and too much is just right

unless you have a remote to raise it while you're in the car..... or screw it, let someone else drive since you've got the best seat

Looks cool ....

But ....

Can't exit by opening the door in the lowered position (as mentioned)

Only good on flat paved surfaces (not the real world)

Still an open trailer ....

Better to load and unload with a wireless remote control winch
without driving the vehicle on & off the trailer ....

I do that with every vehicle I haul ....

Re: Airbagged Trailers?

At the end of the Video, the Trailer was moving around a lot as it was being pulled. the Tilt or RollBack Trailers look better to me especially at the Price Point

The trailer I used a few times wasn't bad...... it actually had independent suspension with decent travel, but I will agree with 95% of your other points
