That car is more desirable than you think, pre Gov. bumpers. G.M. guys will tell you they aren't worth much, and they don't reach Chevelle prices, but they have good lines and the weight makes them great freeway haulers, couple this with most had a gutless 302 in them, and you might have something there. What you need to look at is the cost of the restore, no sense in dropping 20k into a 12k car. I've seen ones like in the pic, go for high teens (actual $ change hands) and a decent ride in socal will bring 6.5-8.5 all day.
This will come down to investment/ worth. I'd love to have that body style in my drive way, you might also find some Ford sites and really see what that car is, a 351 four barrel car, is fairly rare. Those cars were a big sellar for ford, along with the 85 T-Bird. If your a ford guy, this is a desirable car, and car guys without bias know this.....
