Wrecked Musclecars pictures

I had been collecting pictures of wrecked Chevelles or other Muscle cars and it seems I somehow lost a bunch.

Anyone have any to post so I can add them to my collection and start over.

Re: Wrecked Musclecars pictures

I once bought my dad a book for Christmas that was nothing but wrecked old cars. It was neat, but kind of sad at the same time. It was mostly 50's cars, but still neat.

Go Saints!

No one was in the Chevelle. The driver of the Oldsmobile who did all the damage was so drunk and whacked out on something he didn't feel much pain (at the time). It wasn't my car at the time but the pictures do still disturb me! I bought the car in 1981 still in the same condition as pictured and then rebuilt it. If it wasn't for that accident, however, I may never have gotten the car and it may not have been so well preserved (it was a really nice car aside from the accident damage).

Wow, I know I've seen your car a couple times close up, but you did a great job of restoring..... ready to do the same to my '72?

Re: Wrecked Musclecars pictures

This one will require a short story;

I purchased this maroon 65 in the mid 70s. I restored it in the late 70s and had this accident shortly after.

While still recuperating from the maroon 65 accident I bought a white 65....drove it a while and had another accident.

I put the good parts from the maroon 65 and the good parts from the white 65 together to form 1 good car.

Well this was the accident aftermath on that one.

P.S. None of them were my fault. I just couldn't cut a break.

Re: Wrecked Musclecars pictures

There was a member here with a 70 Malibu that was T boned in an intersection a few years ago that has been coming along quite nicely with the repair from the last I heard from him posting here.

Chris.

When the Boogeyman goes to bed, he checks the closet for Chuck Norris.

If it aint broke, just give me a minute.
