I use www.craigshelper.com

check it out, I think it works way easier. You can search by distance and the items are listed by state.

Cool Re: Is there any way to search craigslist by state?

I use the Craigslist by State page at http://neverendingrvtrip.com/search-craigslist-state . It is easy. No Bull. Just scroll to your state search box, type what you want & click search.

Craigslist blocked that site. Try this instead.

Re: Is there any way to search craigslist by state?

SearchTempest was always my go to place because it was so easy to use. But the jerks over at Craigslist put the kabash on so many of these search engines that ST was forced to change how they do thier searching. Now not so much, at least for me personally. I really liked how ST had multiple windows you scroll down through each city depending on how far you expanded your search, it was really handy. Its not Searchtempest's fault. Craigslist has a real problem with these type of websites and threatens legal action unless they are taken down.
