This is my latest project & just completed. It took approximately 16 months from start to finish. I subbed nothing out performing all the work myself, excluding frame powder coating done by a friend that is also building a 66! I have many hours with much invested.
This was a full frame off (modified) restoration of my pro-touring 66 Chevelle Malibu. Every piece of metal was replaced with hours of body work that followed. Finally it was ready for the 66 Corvette Nassau blue.

A few of the upgrades include Air Ride's latest (Level Pro) system on tubular suspension front & rear. Willwood's Best brakes with 13 inch rotors front & rear. Richmond Super Street 5 speed overdrive transmission. Custom & slightly narrowed 9 inch Ford rear with 3.50 ratio. The muscle comes from a GM crate ZZ-502ci with 502hp. Naturally aspirated with two 4's at 500 cfm's each & it runs great on pump gas & with no effort puts out more than enough power to melt down the rear BFG's. Big & Little wheels are from Billet Specialties, 20's in rear & 18's in front. Air conditioning comfort comes from a Vintage Air unit.

At this time I have about 400 miles on the car since its completion & with every new mile it only gets better!
