I fell in love with this car at first sight and purchased it in August 2008 from Someone in Illinois who's husband had just passed away from cancer. Come to find out it had been in Tennessee before and I was able to contact one of the previous owners from Athens. He tells me that he purchased it from someone from Crossville, so if anyone out there recognises this car please contact me.
I have replaced the Torque Thrust wheels with Rushforth Livewires in sizes 18x8 and 18x10.The tires are 245/45 and 285/40.I also added Kore3 C5 corvette disc brakes and Right stuff detailing 9" power booster and master cylinder. The color is the original Seafrost green that has been repainted once and the interior is all original except for having a Buick Skylark bench seat that has a fold down armrest and is covered to match the original interior.
The engine is the original 52,000 mile 275 horse 327 with a rebuilt Powerglide transmission. The A/C works and I am just enjoying driving this car every chance I get.
