1969 Super Sport Chevelle 396, Priorities have changed so I am selling, I bought this car from a 72 year old retired GM worker in Michigan, He told me it is a real Super Sport, but I have no paperwork except for the broadcast card I found in the rear seat, not sure how to desipher that though, didnt care about paper work at the time I bought it because it was a nice car, Original color was Garnet Red, NOM but is from a 1967 chevrolet Impala I think, IV engine code, original rear axle 3:08 gear I think he said, equipped with the Turbo hydromatic 350 automatic transmission I was told by someone else, the old man thought it was the 400 TH according to the other GM worker he bought the car from. This car is is a very nice driver, not perfect and could use some attention here and there or just drive it on nice weekends as I do, 10-15 year old paint, some old prep work starting to show through here and there. original interior w/bench seat column shift, hard top car. This car gets up and goes, very nice car and gets lots of attention. pricing accordingly to todays classic car market downturn and the fact it does not have the original engine or tranny or correct Garnet red paint. $17,500.00 or best offer.
