Alert!Inquiry for input on dealings with seller who used our classifieds: Don Moats
Has anyone had dealings with this fellow?
He did not answer any email inquiries regarding a sale initiated through our classifieds until we warned that we would be posting a request for information, then he responded with a short, terse answer and informed us that he will delete any further emails, which I believe he has done.Don Moats says he shipped the parts to the fellow who lodged the complaint via FedEx but the tracking number he eventually provided is invalid. Don no longer answers email and is unwilling to discuss the sale despite him receiving the funds (the seller says he has the certified mail receipt and the money order from the bank)
As of October 20th, 2004 Don Moats has stopped responding to either the seller or ourselves and the buyer, Rob, says he is out the money and the parts.
