Go To the Assembly Manual.
J.M. -   I just finished installing new front and rear springs along with a new front-end rebuild kit for a 1970 Chevelle. All parts on the suspension were original equipment and were very worn. Before making the changes, the right side of the car was approximately 1" higher than the left side on both the front and rear ends. Now with the new suspension pieces installed, I am still getting the same 1" difference in height between the right and left side of the car. What am I missing here? I assumed that the old front and rear springs were just shot, but could it be that the car's frame is actually bent? Has anyone ever come across this problem and if so what was the fix to get the car level again?
M._. -   The factory assembly manual shows how to adjust ride height. I got one for my 1964 for $40 Canadian. It was well worth it.
